Make the tasting a separate chapter
The collection includes Tomić and Duboković in Jelsa, Carić in Vrboska and Zlatan Otok in Sveta Nedjelja. These are destinations on Hvar, not stops on a Pakleni boat shuttle. Choose one tasting and build the road journey around it. Confirm the appointment, language, duration and what the tasting includes. Arrange transport that does not depend on the person tasting wine driving afterwards; leave the island lunch for a different day.
Keep one thing unplanned
Build the day around one worthwhile reservation and leave the rest as possibilities. A second restaurant or another island can turn a simple outing into several timed transfers. Keep a land-based alternative on Hvar for unsuitable sea conditions. The aim is not to collect the greatest number of stops; it is to return having enjoyed the places you actually chose. What to confirm with the restaurant
Ask about the current menu, table time, dietary requirements, children in your party and cancellation terms. For seafood, clarify how the chosen dish is priced before ordering. A table booking, boat transfer, beach bed and berth are separate arrangements unless explicitly sold together. Choose the meal for its atmosphere and the people you are travelling with, not just a familiar name in a photograph.
Make the return part of the plan.
Agree the exact landing point, pickup and return, and weather arrangements with your operator. Confirm seasonal opening directly. Hvar town and Stari Grad ferry port are different arrival points.
